Set up course instructors [AX 2012]

Before you can assign an instructor to a course, you must set up a worker, applicant, or contact person as an instructor. Complete the following steps to set up an instructor that you can later assign to a training course.

  1. Click Human resources > Setup > Courses > Instructors.

  2. Click New.

  3. Select the worker, applicant, or contact person to set up as an instructor.

  4. Select the course location where the instructor will teach.

    TipTip

    An instructor can only be assigned to teach at a single location. If the instructor will teach at multiple locations, leave the Course location field blank.
