Item - GTIN (form)

Click Product information management > Common > Released products. On the Action Pane, click the Manage inventory tab. Then click GTIN codes in the Warehouse group.

Use this form to set up multiple global trade item number (GTIN) codes for each item, and to set up GTIN codes according to configurations and dimensions. GTIN codes identify items and register inventory information. GTIN is a 14-digit data structure used to uniquely identify trade items, products, and services at a unit level.

Provides an overview of the GTIN codes associated with an item. You can also create, modify, or delete the GTIN codes.

General tab

View specific information about an item and the GTIN code associated with it. On the General tab, you can also create, delete, or modify a bar code.

GTIN code

Setup of GTIN standard type. GTIN is defined by the EAN.UCC.

Dimension No.

Identification of product dimensions.

Description

Enter a brief description of transaction.

Warehouse

Enter the warehouse in which you will store your items.

Batch number

Enter the batch number dimension. If you select Edit lines and Explode lines in the upper section of the Shipment or Receive forms, you can edit the batch number for the transfer order line.

Location

Location inside a warehouse.

Pallet ID

Unique identification (ID) for the pallet (Serial Shipping Container Code).

Serial number

Serial number dimension.
