Aging period definition statistics (form) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customers > All customers. On the Action Pane, click Customer or double-click a customer account. On the Action Pane, click Balance > Aging periods.

Click Accounts payable > Common > Vendors > All vendors. On the Action Pane, click Vendor or double-click a vendor account. On the Action Pane, click Balance > Aging period definitions.

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Vendors > All vendors. On the Action Pane, click Vendor or double-click a vendor account. On the Action Pane, click Balance > Aging period definitions.

Use this form to view aging period statistics for open transactions for customers and vendors in the accounting currency. You can select to show the current open balance distribution over time by due date, document date, or transaction date.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View the balance of the defined aging periods.

Aging report

Click Show graph to view a graph of the aging report.

Button

Description

Selection

Select an aging period definition and a date principle for the transactions.

Print

Print an aging report.

Transactions

View transactions in the selected aging period or all the transactions on the total line.

Show graph

View a graph of the aging report.

Field

Description

Period

The name of the selected aging period.

Start date

The starting date for the transactions in the selected aging period.

End date

The ending date for the transactions in the selected aging period.

Open invoices

The open invoices balance for the selected aging period.

Open payments

The open payments balance for the selected aging period.

Balance

The total balance for the selected aging period.
