Assign fixed asset number to bar code (form)

Click Fixed assets > Periodic > Assign fixed asset number to bar code.
Use this form to assign bar codes to selected fixed assets. You can set up the batch job to run at recurring intervals.
Note
To open this form, you must select the Bar code equals fixed asset number check box in the General ledger parameters form. To create fixed assets without bar codes after assigning bar codes to selected fixed assets, clear the Bar code equals fixed asset number check box.

Select this check box to activate batch processing. |
Select this option to send an email message to yourself when the batch job is completed. The field is available only if you entered your email address in the Options form. (Click File menu > Tools > Options....) |

Batch group |
Select the group to process as a batch. |
Private |
If this check box is selected, only the user or user group that created the batch can process the batch. Private jobs must be processed when a client is running. |
