Questionnaire statistics (form)

Use this form to analyze results of completed questionnaires. For more information, see About questionnaire statistics, Viewing and evaluating results, and Using questionnaires.
Note
When you group results by using the options in the Setup field group on the General tab, be sure to do so at the same level that you are calculating results. The order of levels, from highest to lowest, is Questionnaire, Result group, Questions, and Question row.
The options in the Viewing field group determine whether you view only the identification of the questions or result group, or also the text that is associated with each. The availability of the information depends your selection in the Result group field.

Enter an identifier for the questionnaire statistics. |

Enter a description for the statistics. |
Questionnaire |
Select the questionnaire to calculate statistics for. |
Result group |
Select the result group to calculate statistics for. Select a result group only if you selected Result group, Question, or Question row in the Result group field. If you do not make a selection, calculations are made for all groups. |
Question |
Select the question to calculate statistics for. Select a question only if you selected Questions or Question row in the Result group field. |
Anonymous |
Specify whether to include anonymous respondents in the statistics. |
Worker |
Specify whether to include workers in the statistics. |
Contacts |
Specify whether to include contact persons in the statistics. |
Applicants |
Specify whether to include applicants in the statistics. |
Seniority |
Specify the size of seniority intervals. This option only affects query results if you select Seniority on the Grouping by tab. |
Age |
Define the size of the age intervals. This can be used when statistics are calculated for the following:
This option only affects results if you select either Age or Seniority on the Grouping by tab. |
Calculation |
Select the level that the result is calculated from. |
Groupings |
Select the level where you want to group results. |
Origin |
Select the type of result. You can only calculate the percentage of correct answers if you selected Questionnaire or Result group in the Calculation field. |
Result group |
To display the result group text or identification along with the results, select one of the following options:
This selection is mandatory if the value of the Groupings field is Result group. |
Questions |
To display the question or its identification, along with the results, select one of the following options:
This selection is mandatory if the value in the Groupings field is Question. |
Question row |
To display the question row text or identification, along with the results, select one of the following values:
This selection is mandatory if the value in the Groupings field is Question row. |
Grouping placement |
Specify whether the variables that you select on the Grouping by tab should be shown in the pivot table as columns or rows when you view results. |
Graphics setup |
Select the type of graph to use when viewing results. |
Minimum value |
Enter a number to define the minimum value for the graph. 0=auto. |
Maximum value |
Enter a number to define the maximum value for the graph. |
Person |
Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics. |
Gender |
Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics. |
Seniority |
Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics. |
Age |
Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics. |
ZIP/postal code |
Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics. |
Scheduling |
Select criteria to define the range of subjects included in the statistics. |

Enter a date to begin including questionnaires in the statistics. |

Enter an ending date to stop including questionnaires in the statistics. |
