Delete quotations (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Periodic > Clean up > Delete quotations.

Click Project management and accounting > Periodic > Quotations > Delete quotations.
Use this form to delete multiple quotations at the same time. To delete the selected quotations, click OK. You are asked to confirm the deletion before the quotations are deleted.

Quotation |
Review the quotation identification number from the Sales quotation. |
Customer account |
View the customer account number, if the recipient of the quotation is already a customer. |
Name |
View the name of the customer or business relation. |
Created date |
View the date and time that the quotation was created. |
Expiration date |
View the calculated or inserted expiration date. |
Quotation status |
View the quotation status, which can be created, confirmed, lost, or canceled. |
Quotation type |
View the type of quotation. Quotation types can be sales, various project types, or service quotations. |
Currency |
View the currency code that is used for the amounts and prices of the active sales quotation. |
Item number |
View a unique, user-defined code that is assigned when items are created. Item numbers are generated by linking the item number to a number sequence. |
Quantity |
View the quantity by which the quotation totals are reduced. |
Net amount |
View the net amount of the quotation line. |
