Service intervals (form)

Click Service management > Setup > Service agreements > Service intervals.
Use this form to set up time intervals for service agreement lines. When you create a service agreement, you can select an interval for the line. The intervals are used to control the timing of when a service order is created for the associated service agreement line.

Service interval |
Enter a unique name for the service interval. |
Description |
Enter a brief description of the service agreement interval. |
Range |
The unit of the interval that determines the service interval for the service agreement line when multiplied by the frequency that is defined in the Frequency field. For example, if the value in this field is By week and the value in the Frequency field is three, service orders are created that have three-week intervals from the start date of the service agreement line. |
Frequency |
The factor by which you multiply the unit of the interval that is specified in the Range field to create the service agreement interval. |
