Use this form to enter on-account transactions on projects. The information entered in this form differs depending on the project type.
For time-and-material projects – The on-account amount is entered as one line and an optional number of lines are entered as offset transactions.
For fixed-price projects – No offset transactions are needed. Payments on a fixed-price project are according to a billing schedule. For example, the contract might specify that a project is to be invoiced with 30% of the contract amount in advance and 70% when the project concludes. These contract amounts are entered as two lines in this form.
