Totals (form) (Project quotations)

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Quotations > Project quotations. Select or open a project quotation. On the Action Pane, on the Quotation tab, in the View group, click Totals.
Use this form to view the totals for a selected project quotation. The totals are derived from the information that is entered for the project quotation.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

View the total quantity for the selected quotation. |
Weight |
View the total weight for the selected quotation. |
Volume |
View the total volume for the selected quotation. |
Hours |
View the total hours for the selected quotation. |
Cost value |
View the cost value for the selected quotation. |
Margin |
View the total margin for the selected quotation. |
Contribution ratio |
View the total contribution ratio for the selected quotation. |
Currency |
View the total amount and the currency type for the selected quotation. |
Line discount |
View the line discount for the selected quotation. |
Subtotal amount |
View the subtotal amount for the selected quotation. |
Total discount |
View the total discount for the selected quotation. |
Total charges |
View any charges that are applied to the selected quotation. |
Sales tax |
View the sales tax for the selected quotation. |
Round-off |
View the total round-off amount for the selected quotation. |
Invoice amount |
View the total invoice amount for the selected quotation. |
Cash discount |
View the total cash discount for the selected quotation. |
