Clean up registrations (class form)

Click Production control > Periodic > Clean up > Clean up registrations.

Click Human resources > Periodic > Time and attendance > Update > Clean up registrations.

Use this form to remove old registrations from the raw registrations table.

Tab	Description
General	View or edit selections for the cleanup function.
Batch	Set up the criteria for running the selected function as a batch job. For more information about batch processing, see Submit a batch processing job from a form.

Fields

Fields	Description
Cleanup mode	Select what to do with old registrations: To table – Keep the registrations in Microsoft Dynamics AX, but move them to the Raw registrations archive form. To file – Move the registrations to an external file. Delete - Delete the registrations permanently.
Maximum age	Insert the maximum age for registrations that should remain in the raw registrations table. Insert the value as number of days. Registrations older than this number of days are removed from the table. Caution Be careful not to delete registrations that you may need for documentation purposes at a later stage.
File name	Type a file name if you have chosen to export old registrations to a file, or click the file folder icon to browse to a location where you want to save the file.

To file – Move the registrations to an external file.
Delete - Delete the registrations permanently.
