Click Project management and accounting > Setup > Journals > Journal approval. In the Journal approval form, click the Lines button.

Use this form to specify the approval stages of a project journal approval procedure.

The approval procedure for workers depends on which user group the workers belong to. Only users who are members of the specified user group can perform actions on the journal lines or move journals through stages.

Example

In the setup described in the following example, all technicians and supervisors, as well as the project manager, can enter transactions. Only supervisors and the project manager can approve transactions. The project manager alone can post transactions.
