Calculate and display currency requirements

  1. Click General ledger > Periodic > Currency requirement > Calculate cash flow forecasts.

  2. In the Calculate cash flow forecasts? field, select Total or New, and then click OK to start the calculation of the cash flow forecast. For more information, see Calculate cash flow forecasts (form).

  3. Click General ledger > Periodic > Currency requirement > Currency requirement.

  4. In the Currency field, select the currency for which to calculate the currency requirement.

  5. Click Calculation, and then click OK to calculate the amounts of the selected currency that are expected in the liquidity accounts. The Currency requirement form is displayed again.

  6. To view the currency requirements (for today's date, for a future date, or for an interval) for the selected currency, click Requirement per currency. For more information, see Currency requirement (form).

  7. To view the sum of all currency requirements in the accounting currency, click Total currency requirement. For more information, see Total currency requirement (form).
