Create a depreciation profile

Use the Depreciation profiles form to create and modify depreciation profiles, which are calculations that are used to depreciate the value of fixed assets over intervals of time.
Click Fixed assets > Setup > Depreciation > Depreciation profiles.
Click New to create a depreciation profile.
Enter the name of the profile and a description.
Select a method and enter a percentage. For more information about depreciation methods, see Depreciation methods and conventions.
On the General FastTab, select a period frequency.
