Change planned order status (class form) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Master planning > Common > Planned orders. Select a planned order. On the Action Pane, in the Process group, click Change status.

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. Select a purchase order. On the Action Pane, in the Process group, click Change status.

Use this form to change the status of the selected planned order. In the New planned order status field, you can select from the following options:

  • Unprocessed

  • Completed

  • Approved

Click OK to implement the change.
