Click General ledger > Periodic > Data export > Data export definition groups. Select a data group and click Data export tables.

Use this form to define the data export table and file names for a definition group. This form is available only if the Data export configuration key is selected.

(DEU, FRA) This form is available only when the legal entity's address is in Germany or France.

Navigating the form

Tabs

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View and enter definition group table and field information.
General tab	View information for the selected definition group table.

Buttons

Button	Description
Data export fields	Open the Data export fields form, where you can create data export fields and assign Microsoft Dynamics AX fields to them.
Data export relations	Open the Data export relations form, where you can assign a data export field to a related data export table.

Fields

Field	Description
Data export table	The name of the data export table.
Description	The description of the data export table.
File name	The name of the file that will be exported and that will contain the data from the selected table.
Data export field for period	The name of the data export field that is used for the validity period.
Definition group	The data export definition group.
