About the Default node

The Default node is a special instance of the Case node. It defines the actions to be performed if no other Case node condition evaluates to true. Because the Default node does not make any comparisons with the switch value, it has no value field. All that you have to enter is a description.

Note

The Default node attached to Switch node differs from the Default node that can be independently inserted into the modeling tree. For more information, see Insert a Default node.
