Create profile calendar entries [AX 2012]

You can create a profile calendar entry for one day or for a longer period of time. You can also create profile calendar entries in the Work planner form.

  1. Click Human resources > Setup > Time and attendance > Time profiles > Profile calendar.

    -or-

    Click Human resources > Setup > Time and attendance > Time profiles > Profile groups. Select a profile group and then click Profile calendar.

  2. Click New to create a line.

  3. In the Compose profile calendar form, in the Profile calendar code field, select the worker or group of workers to add a work time profile to:

    • All – Apply the work time profile to all workers.

    • Group – Apply the work time profile to a group of workers.

    • Table – Apply the work time profile to a specific worker.

  4. Depending on the selection in the Profile calendar code field, enter a worker ID or a profile group ID in the Profile calendar relation field.

  5. In the Date field, enter the date to add the profile.

  6. In the Profile field, select the profile to use.

  7. In the Special day field, click a selection, if applicable. You can use this field to change pay or add absence registrations.

    Click Human resources > Setup > Time and attendance > Time profiles > Profile groups. Select a profile group and then click Profile calendar.

  2. Click Compose.

  3. In the Compose profile calendar form, in the Profile calendar code field, select the worker or group of workers to add a work time profile to:

    • All – Apply the work time profile to all workers.

    • Group – Apply the work time profile to a group of workers.

    • Table – Apply the work time profile to a specific worker.

  4. Depending on the selection in the Profile calendar code field, enter a worker ID or a profile group ID in the Profile calendar relation field.

  5. In the From date and To date fields, define the date interval when the profile will be applied.

  6. In the Profile field, select the work time profile to use.

  7. To delete existing entries and create new entries, select the Overwrite check box.
