Quotation type |
The type of quotations that you are about to create. |
Account type |
Select an account type:

Group ID |
Select a template group. For more information, see Quotation template groups (form). |
Template name |
Select a template from the template group. |
Calculation method |
Select the prices to use for the quotations. If you select Based on current values, the prices are based on the item card. If you select Based on template values, the prices are based on the selected quotation template. |
Expiration date |
Select an expiration date for the new quotation. |
Account |
The account of the prospect. |
Table source |
The source table that you will use for the mass creation. |
Job title |
The job title of the contact. |
Inactive |
Indicates whether the contact is active or inactive. |
Batch processing |
Select this check box to run the task as a batch job. |
Caption |
The description of the task that should be run as a batch job. |
Batch group |
Select the group that the task should be attached to. |
Private |
Select this check box to makes sure that the task can be run only by the user who ordered the batch job. |
