Service agreement groups (form) [AX 2012]

Click Service management > Setup > Service agreements > Service agreement groups.

Use this form to create and maintain service agreement groups. Use service agreement groups to organize service agreements into groups that have similar characteristics. For example, create a service agreement group for a specific geographical location. Assign one or more service agreements to the group. The service manager for that location can view the service agreements for the location by selecting the service agreement group in the filter.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.



Service agreement group

Enter a unique name for the service agreement group.


Enter an optional description for the service agreement group.

Service level agreement

Select a service level agreement (SLA) to apply to all new service agreements that you create for this service agreement group. You can assign an SLA to multiple service agreement groups.
