Post service orders (class form)

Click Service management > Periodic > Service orders > Post service orders.

Use this form to transfer and post transactions for selected service orders transactions to Project ledger accounts.

Note

To post a service order line, you must first select the Sign off check box in the Service orders form.

You can post a service order only if the service order stage allows for it.

Show Infolog

Select this check box to view an Infolog that displays the service orders that have been posted.

Hour

Select this check box to include transactions for the hours when you post the service orders.

Expense

Select this check box to include transactions for expenses when you post the service orders.

Item

Select this check box to include transactions for items when you post the service orders.

Fee

Select this check box to include transactions for fees when you post the service orders.

Project ID

The identification of the project to post service orders for.

Project contract ID

The identifier of the project contract to post service orders for.

Service order

The service order to post.

Customer account

The customer account to post service orders for.

Service stage

The service stage to post service orders for.

Progress

The progress to post service orders for.

Status

The status of the service order lines.

Sign off

View whether sign off is required by the service order line.
