Service object relations (form)

Click Service management > Setup > Service objects > Service objects.
Use this form to create service object relations by attaching one or more service objects to the selected service agreement or service order.
After you create a service object relation, you can create repair lines for the service object. You can also use this form to attach a template bill of materials (BOM) to the service object to record item replacements.

The source of the relation:

Reference |
Type a service object reference note. For example, type a unique identification of the service object relation. |
Template BOM |
The template BOM attached to the service object, if there is one. |
Relation type |
The service order or service agreement number that the service object is related to. |
