On-hand movement (form)

Click Inventory management > Periodic > Transfer orders. In the lower pane, click Inventory > On-hand.
This form shows the on-hand inventory for the current item and its inventory dimensions.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview |
Open the On-hand form, where you can view a list of on-hand inventory. |
Ordered items |
Open the Ordered items form, where you can view ordered items. |
Items on order |
Open the Items on order form, where you can view a list of items that are on order, and reserved items. |
Net requirements |
Open the Net requirements, schedule %1 form, where you can view the net requirement profile of the item. A requirement profile displays planned orders, inventory levels, and expected receipts and issues over time. |
Intercompany on-hand |
Open the Intercompany on-hand form, where you can view on-hand inventory for the current item that might be stored in different intercompany sections, such as subsidiaries, other plants, or warehouses. |
Quantity adjustment |
Open the Counting form, where you can adjust the quantity of on-hand inventory items. |
Counting history |
Open the Counting history form, where you can view inventory counts for the current item. |
Dimensions display |
Open the Dimensions display form, where you can specify the dimensions to display. |

Inventory dimensions |
The inventory dimensions that can be viewed for the item. Tip Click Dimensions display to select the dimensions to display. |
Unit |
Select how to show the item, according to different units of measurement. The purchase unit, sales unit, and inventory unit for an item are defined on the Purchase, Sell, and Manage inventory FastTabs in the Released product details form. |
On-hand |
Information about the on-hand quantity. |
Physical inventory |
Information about the physically updated inventory quantity. |
Ordered in total |
Information about quantities on order, and the quantities of receipts and issues that are included on quotations. |
Various |
Information about the quantity of the item that is on order, and the quantities of receipts and issues that are included on quotations. |
