Click Human resources > Inquiries > Time and attendance > Registrations > Transferred registrations.

Use this form to view worker registrations that have been calculated, approved, and transferred.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

The worker ID.

Profile date

The date of the work time profile.

Journal registration type

The description of the journal record.

Reference

The job reference ID.

Job identification

The unique job ID.

Start date

The start date of the registration.

Start time

The start time of the registration.

End date

The end date of the registration.

End time

The end time of the registration.

Time

The calculated time of the registration.

Item number

The item number of the production job on which a registration was made.

Product name

The name of the item.

Good quantity

The number of good items produced on this registration.

Error quantity

The number of scrapped items produced on this registration

Total good quantity

The total number of good items produced on the production job.

Total error quantity

The total number of scrapped items produced on the production job.

Job pilot

The worker ID of the pilot, if the registration is inherited because the worker worked as an assistant to another resource, such as a machine.

Project ID

The project ID.

Activity

The project activity ID.

Category

The project category ID.

Project name

The name of the project.

Category name

The name of the applied cost category on the project registration.

Category

The indirect activity category ID.

Activity

The indirect activity ID.

Module

The module in Microsoft Dynamics AX that relates to the registration.

Allocation type

The allocation key that is applied to the registration.

Reg. type

The specification of the registration type.

Reg. specification

The specification for how to calculate time and pay.

Route/job type

The job type of the production job.

Oper. No.

The operation number of the route.

On call activity

The on-call or indirect activity ID.

Corrected start date

The corrected start date according to the profile tolerance. For information about work time profiles, see About profiles for time and attendance registrations.

Corrected start time

The corrected start time according to the profile tolerance. For information about work time profiles, see About profiles for time and attendance registrations.

Corrected end date

The corrected end date according to the profile tolerance. For information about work time profiles, see About profiles for time and attendance registrations.

Corrected end time

Job is finished

If selected, the job has been registered as completed.

Error cause

The error cause for the reported scrapped quantity.

Hourly rate / piecework rate

The pay type on jobs that define limitations on this item.

Break

The break time, if this is a break registration.

Pay units

The number of pay units calculated for this absence registration. This field is used when the pay type is not counted in hours.

Transaction ID

The transaction ID.

Quantity of started items

The number of started items registered on this production.

Quantity of good items

The number of good items registered on this production.

Quantity of error items

The number of scrapped items registered on this production.

Resource

The resource ID.

Absence job

The job ID for an absence registration.

Operation/Activity

The description of the operation or activity.

Task type

The description of the task.

Start quantity

The started quantity on this registration.

Transaction ID seconds

The total net time in seconds on this registration, after an allocation key is applied.

Seconds before allocation

The total time in seconds on this registration, before an allocation key is applied.

Error specification

The specification of error causes.

Start reference

The reference to the record ID on the start registration.

Stop reference

The reference to the record ID on the stop registration.

Resource pilot

The worker ID of the pilot, if the registration is inherited because the worker worked as an assistant to another resource, such as a machine.

Workflow status

The status of the workflow for journal registrations.

Start registration terminal

The ID of the terminal on which the start registration was made.

Stop registration terminal

The ID of the terminal on which the stop registration was made.

Cost price per hour

The cost per hour for this registration.

Standard time

The cost price per hour for standard time.

Overtime

The cost price per hour for overtime.

Break time

The part of the hourly cost price that consists of paid breaks.

Flex-

The part of the hourly cost price that consists of flex adding time.

Flex+

The part of the hourly cost price that consists of flex reducing time.

Automatic premiums

The part of the hourly cost price that consists of automatic premiums.

Manual premiums

The part of the hourly cost price that consists of manual premiums.

Absence

The part of the hourly cost price that consists of paid absences.

Cost price factor

The factor by which pay costs have been multiplied.

Voucher

The voucher number in General ledger.

Piecework rate

The pay rate, if piecework was applied to the registration.

Financial dimensions

The financial dimensions that were set up in the Financial dimensions form.

Where the %1 dimension is used

The account structures and advanced rule structures that use the financial dimensions that you selected in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group.

Note

The name of the field depends on the selection in the Financial dimensions or Default financial dimensions field group.
