E-mail category (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Mailings > E-mail categories.

Use this form to set up and maintain e-mail categories. An e-mail category is a keyword or an expression that helps you to keep track of e-mail groups that have different recipients.

After you create a new e-mail group, assign an e-mail category to the group.
