Set call status (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Telemarketing > All call lists. Select a call list, and on the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Edit. In the Call lists form, on the Targets FastTab, select a call list target. Click Status > Call back.

Use this form to enter information about a callback activity that is created when you change the status of a call list target to Call back.

In the Planned date/time field, set the preferred date for the callback.

A new date and time are set for the callback. You can view the changes to the activity in the New action form.
