Click Home > Periodic > Microsoft Outlook synchronization > My contacts. Click Add contacts > Add contacts from Microsoft Outlook.

Use this form to add your contacts from Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange Server to your contacts list in Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Support for integration with Microsoft Exchange Server is available only in AX 2012 R3 Cumulative Update 8 and later.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.




Add all the selected contacts from Microsoft Outlook or Exchange Server to Microsoft Dynamics AX, and begin synchronization.



Select all

Select whether to add and synchronize all contacts from Outlook or Exchange Server to Microsoft Dynamics AX.


Select whether to include the selected contact in your Microsoft Dynamics AX contacts.

First name

View the first name of the contact.

Last name

View the last name of the contact.

Contact for

View the organization to which the contact is related.

Synchronization type

Select the type of synchronization that is enabled for the contact.
