Click Organization administration > Setup > E-mail templates.

Use this form to view a list of existing e-mail message templates.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View, edit, or create e-mail messages. Each message has an e-mail identifier and an e-mail description, and it should specify the default language code that will be used if the language selected for the specific e-mail message is not available.
General tab	View information about the selected e-mail message and e-mail identifier. Edit the e-mail description and default language code in the Identification section. The sender's name is followed by the e-mail address of the sender. To set a priority (as used in Microsoft Outlook), use the drop-down menu. To assign the e-mail message to a batch group, use the drop-down menu.

Overview tab

View, edit, or create e-mail messages. Each message has an e-mail identifier and an e-mail description, and it should specify the default language code that will be used if the language selected for the specific e-mail message is not available.

General tab

View information about the selected e-mail message and e-mail identifier. Edit the e-mail description and default language code in the Identification section.

Buttons

Button	Description
E-mail message	Open the E-mail editor form to maintain and edit e-mail messages.

Fields

Field	Description
E-mail ID	The identifier for the predefined e-mail message.
E-mail description	View or enter a short description of the e-mail content.
Default language code	View or select the language that will be used as the default if there are no messages in the language specified under Messages.
Sender name	View or select the name of the person who sent the e-mail message.
Sender e-mail	View or enter the e-mail address of the person who sent the e-mail message.
Priority	Select the priority of the e-mail message.
Batch group	Select a batch group if the e-mail message should be sent using batch.
