Items on order trace (form)

Click Inventory management > Periodic > Release sales order picking. Select a sales line, and then click Trace orders.

Use this form to view orders that are related to the sales order line that is selected in the Release sales order picking form.

Tip

The dimension fields that are available in this form are controlled by the dimensions that are displayed in the Release sales order picking form.

  • Click Inventory, and then click Dimensions display to select inventory dimensions that you want to display in the form.

The order type that generated the transaction.

Number

The identification number of the reference type that is specified in the Reference field.

Party

The name of the customer, vendor, or prospect.

Configuration

Select an item configuration to assign specific characteristics to the item.

Size

Enter the size of the item.

Color

Enter the color of the item.

Site

Enter the site where you will store the items.

Warehouse

Enter the warehouse where you will store the items.

Batch number

The batch number dimension. If you select Edit lines and Explode lines in the upper section of the Receive form, you can modify the batch number for the transfer order line.

Location

The location inside a warehouse. If you select Edit lines and Explode lines in the upper section of the Receive form, you can modify the location number for the transfer order line.

Pallet ID

The unique identification for the pallet.

Serial number

The serial number dimension. If you select Edit lines and Explode lines in the upper section of the Receive form, you can modify the serial number for the transfer order line.

Expected date

The date of the expected transaction, such as the delivery date for a sales order.

Issue status

The current issue status for issue transactions. If the field is empty, the transaction is a receipt.

Physical reserved

The quantity of items that are reserved out of the physical quantity that is available.

Ordered reserved

The quantity of items that are reserved out of the total quantity that is ordered.

On order

The quantity of items that are ordered.

Personnel number

The identification number of the worker who is associated with the transaction.
