(DEU) Create Intrastat diskette in German layout (class form)

Click Organization administration > Periodic > Foreign trade > Intrastat. Click Output > Diskette DE.

Use this form to send an Intrastat declaration to the tax authorities on a disk. You must submit an Intrastat declaration to the tax authorities every month. The Intrastat declaration is a statement that summarizes all transactions with other European Union (EU) members.

Note

(DEU) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Germany.

Open the Intrastat form, where you can add, remove, or select criteria for an Intrastat transaction to be included on the disk.

Fields

File name

Specify the file name and path of the report file.

Only corrections

Select this check box to report corrections to already reported Intrastat transactions. To mark corrections to an Intrastat transaction, select the Correction check box in the Intrastat form.

Month

Select the month for which you want to generate the disk with the Intrastat transactions.

Direction

Select the type of transactions to be included in the report:

  • Arrivals – Generate details about purchases or arrivals from EU members.

  • Dispatches – Generate details about sales or dispatches to EU members.

Date

The date for which the Intrastat transaction is generated.
