Application statistics (form) [AX 2012]

Click Human resources > Inquiries > Recruitment > Application statistics.

Use this form to generate statistics about applications for employment. You can display results by recruitment project, correspondence action, gender, recruitment media, reason code, and application status.

To include or remove a category in the statistics results, double-click the category name in the Groupings lists. You can use the Up and Down buttons to control the order that the columns are displayed in.

The results are displayed in the columns on the Totals tab. Each column represents a category that you selected in the Groupings list.

You can also click the Graphics tab to view the results that are shown in a graph.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button

Description

Update

Update the results to reflect query modifications.

Inquiry

Open an inquiry form where you can specify the search criteria to limit or expand the number of applications to show statistics for.

Up

Move a category up one level in the selected Groupings list. The order that the categories are listed in the selected Groupings list determines the order in which the categories are displayed as columns in the grid.

Down

Move a category down one level. The order that the categories are listed in the selected Groupings list determines the order in which the categories are displayed as columns in the grid.

Field

Description

Date interval code

Select the date interval.

From date

Select the date to start reporting statistics from.

To date

Select the date to report statistics to.

Period

Select the period to display results for.

Unknown

A placeholder for a category that you have not selected, yet. Each category that you select in the Groupings list replaces one Unknown column after you click Update.

Total

The sum of the calculated items.
