Lose quotation (class form) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales quotations > All quotations. Double-click a sales quotation, or click Sales quotation to create a sales quotation. On the Action Pane, on the Follow up tab, click Lost quotation.

Click Project management and accounting > Periodic > Quotations > Lose quotation.

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Quotations > Project quotations. Select or open a quotation. On the Action Pane, on the Follow up tab, in the Generate group, click Lost quotation.

Use this form to update the status of a sales quotation from Created or Sent to Lost.

General

View and select information to indicate why a quotation was lost or canceled.

Batch

Set up a batch job to register lost quotations. For more information about this tab and its fields, see Processing batch jobs.

Button

Select

Open and modify the query that the update process is based on.

Field

Description

Reason lost or canceled

Select the reason why the quotation was lost or canceled.

Quotation type

The type of the quotation.

Template name

The name of the template that was used for the quotation.

Quotation

The identifier of the quotation.
