Attendees (form)

Click Home > Common > Activities > All activities. Select the line for an activity, and on the Action Pane, in the Setup group, click Attendees.

Use this form to view the attendees for a selected activity, or to add attendees to the activity.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

Worker

Enter the name of the worker.

Name

Enter the name of the attendee.

E-mail

Enter the e-mail address of the attendee.

Activity number

The identification number of the activity.

Organizing activity

The activity that created the appointment.

Attendee type

Enter the role of the attendee. The organizer of the activity is automatically added to the form.

Requirement

Enter whether attendance is required.
