If the mail system that is installed is compliant with the Microsoft Messaging Application Program Interface (MAPI), and if the mail options are set correctly in the E-mail parameters form, e-mail messages can be sent to the address that you type in the E-mail field.

Click the envelope icon next to the E-mail field. The Send mail dialog box from the mail system appears, and the address is already entered.
