Click Home > Common > Activities > All activities. On the Action Pane in the Set up group, click Recurrence pattern

Start date |
Enter the date that the series of appointments starts. |
End date |
Enter the date that the series of appointments ends. |
Start time |
Enter the time that the appointment starts. |
End time |
Enter the time that the appointment ends. |
Duration |
Enter the length of time of the appointment. |
Recurrence type |
Select the type of interval between recurrences of the appointment, such as daily, weekly, or monthly. |
Every |
Enter the number of intervals between recurrences of the appointment, such as 2 days or 3 months. |
