Included in totals (form) [AX 2012]

Click General ledger > Common > Main accounts. Select a main account that has an account type of Total. On the Action Pane, click Total accounts.

Use this form to view the main accounts that have an account type of Total and that include the account that you selected on the Main accounts list page.

You can also view the account interval for each account. By analyzing the intervals, you can see whether the selected main account has been included in more than one total account.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.



Main account

The main account that is used for posting in the general ledger.


The name of the main account.

From value

The first account in the total account interval.

To value

The last account in the total account interval.

Invert sign

Select the check box to reverse the sign for the interval before adding the amounts to be included in the total account.
