Price adjustment (class form)

Click Sales and marketing > Journals > Price/discount agreement journals. Click the Lines button to display the Journal lines, price/discount agreement form. Click Adjustment > Adjustment to display the Price adjustment form.

To make a price adjustment, select the basis for the adjustment in the Price field; this may be the current price, the cost price, the default sales price, or 0 ZERO

Indicate a percentage addition in the Percentage field. Specify an additional amount in the Amount field.

Note

Click the Select button to open the Price adjustment form that allows you to filter and select the Price/discount agreement journal lines that will be included in the price adjustment.

To make a discount adjustment, the following options are available:

  • Adjustment of amount of discount

  • Line discount percentage 1

  • Line discount percentage 2

You can select either the Current discount amount or discount percentage or 0 (ZERO).

Example

The price is adjusted by 10 percent and an amount of 10 US dollars is added to the price: Price * (100 + percentage rate / 100) + amount = 100 * (100 + 10 / 100) + 10 = 120 USD.
