Click Human resources > Periodic > Skills > Skill mapping profiles. Select a skill mapping record, and then click Result > Result.

Use this form to view the results of a skill mapping profile. People who match the skill profile criteria are listed in this form.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Details

Select one of the following options to view additional information about the selected person:

  1. Worker – Open the Worker form, where you can view worker information for the person.

  2. Applicant – Open the Applicant form, where you can view applicant information for the person.

  3. Contact – Open the Contacts form, where you can view contact information for the person.

Report

View a report that displays the skill mapping results for the selected person.

Resume

View additional information about the skills and competencies for the selected person.

Fields

Field

Description

Points

The number of points calculated for the person, which are based on the skill mapping profile. A higher point value indicates that a person is a better match for the skill profile.

Percentage of max. points

The percentage of the total possible points calculated for the person. A higher percentage indicates that a person is a better match for the skill profile.
