AIF exceptions (form)

Click System administration > Periodic > Services and Application Integration Framework > Exceptions.

Use this form to view exceptions. Exceptions include processing errors, warnings, and informational messages that are related to document exchanges and other Application Integration Framework (AIF) events. You can also use this form to perform the business logic that is associated with a transfer. Performing the business logic can help you debug problems.

Description

Exception type

The type of exception. An exception can be an error, a warning, or an informational message.

Module

The module that the exception occurred in.

Subsystem

The subsystem that the exception occurred in.

Exception message

A description of the exception.

Port name

The name of the integration port that raised the exception.

Message ID

The identifier that uniquely identifies the message.

Message-set identifier

The ID of the message set that the message is part of. A message-set provides a way to group messages that are part of the same batched request.

User

The user who is associated with the exception.

Created date and time

The date and time that the exception occurred.

Description

An optional description of how the exception was resolved.
