Add lines (class form) [AX 2012]

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > All projects. On the Action Pane, on the Manage tab, in the Bill group, click New invoice proposal, and then click Add lines.

Project management and accounting > Common > Project invoices > Invoice proposals. Click Add lines.

Use this form to add lines to an existing invoice proposal or credit note proposal.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Select an invoice project or a project other than the one that is selected in the Invoice proposal form.

Some fields are not available for the on-account invoice type.

Field

Description

Include transaction types

Select the check box for each transaction type that you want to add transaction lines for.

Sales order line

Select this check box if you want sales order lines to be added to the invoice.

Update item quantity

Select an option for the sales order lines that you want to add to the invoice, based on their current status.

From date and To date

Define the period for which you want to add lines from projects to an existing invoice proposal or credit note proposal.

Invoice date

Enter the date of the project invoice.
