Sales tax reporting codes (form)

Click General ledger > Reports > Base data > Various > Sales tax reporting codes.

Use this form to create and maintain sales tax reporting codes. The codes refer to a field number on the sales tax report for the selected report layout. After you create the sales tax reporting codes, you can refer to them on the Report setup FastTab in the Sales tax codes form.

Use the sales tax reporting codes to set up country/region-specific sales tax reports. This setup provides a flexible way to define the layout of the sales tax report.

Open the Sales tax reporting codes form, where you can print a report of sales tax codes that have reporting codes.

Select the sales tax report layout that the reporting code refers to.

You also must select the Report layout field in the Sales tax authorities form.

Reporting code

Enter a field number that can refer to a field on a sales tax report.

Report text

Enter a descriptive name for the content of the field number.

Sales tax corrections

Select this check box to show tax corrections on the report.

(BEL) This control is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Belgium.

Brief description

Enter a description of the code to print on reports.
