Call list responsibilities (form) [AX 2012]

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Telemarketing > All call lists. Select and double-click the call list record that you want to view. Click the Responsibilities button in the Setup group.

Use this form to define the responsibilities of the employees involved in the active call list.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Responsibility

View or select a call list responsibility for the employee.

Worker

View or select the employee number assigned to the call list responsibility.

Description

View or enter a brief description of the responsibility.

Employee name

View or enter the name of the employee assigned to the call list responsibility.
