Raw registrations (form) [AX 2012]

Click Production control > Inquiries > Registrations > Raw registrations.

Use this form to view raw registrations for all time registration workers.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View information about the worker selected on the Overview tab.

Button

Description

Archive

View archive of raw registrations.

Previous

View registrations for the previous day.

Next

View registrations for the next day.

Stop activity

Insert a stop registration for the selected activity.

Find open

Find an active job or task that the selected worker is currently working on.

TipTip

If jobs have not been stopped correctly, they can be found using the Find open button and then stopped.

Error causes

Display a list of error causes that relate to registration of scrapped items on the selected production job registration.

Field

Description

Worker

Identification of the worker.

Name

Name of the worker.

Clock-in date

Clock-in date if the worker has clocked in on the selected date.

Clock-in time

Clock-in time is the worker has clocked in on the selected date.

Active

The check box is selected if the worker has clocked in on the selected profile date.

Password

The worker’s password.

Pay ID

Worker identification in the payroll system.

Badge ID

The worker’s badge identification.

Badge version

Version number of the worker’s badge.

Date

The date on which you want to view raw registrations.

Type of registration

The type of registration, for example, a start job, or a stop job.

Profile date

The profile date of the registration.

NoteNote

This date may differ from the actual date of the registration.

Time

The time of the registration.

Job pilot

Worker identification of a pilot if the selected worker has logged on as an assistant to another worker.

Job

Identification of the job connected to this registration.

Absence job

Identification of the absence job, if relevant.

Record ID

Record ID of the registration.

Match ID

Reference to matched record.

On a stop job registration, this field will show the record ID of the corresponding start job.

Work in process

Selected if the worker is still working on the job.

Resource pilot

Identification of a pilot (machine) if the selected worker has logged on as an assistant to a machine.

Start quantity

Quantity of started items on a production job registration.

Good quantity

Quantity of good items produced on a production job registration.

Error quantity

Quantity of scrapped items produced on a production job registration.

Finished

Status of the production job.

1 indicates that the worker no longer works on the job, but it has not yet been reported as finished.

2 indicates that the worker no longer works on the job, and it has been reported as finished.

Terminal

Identification of the terminal on which the registration was made.
