Click General ledger > Periodic > Journals > Journalizing.

Use this form to view or print the ledger journals that are generated by the journalizing function. To journalize, use the Journalize transactions form. (Click General ledger > Periodic > Journals > Journalizing.)

All reports that are printed from this form are marked as copies.

This form is available only if the Journalizing configuration key is selected.

Print the transaction journal that is selected on the Overview tab.

Extended journal list

Print a list of journals that is sorted by date of creation and time of creation.

Spanish journal list

Print a journal list for Spain.

(ESP) This control is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Spain.

Summarized Spanish journal list

Print a summarized Spanish journal list.

(ESP) This control is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Spain.

German journal list

Print a journal list for Germany.

NoteNote

(DEU) This control is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Germany.

Journal lines

View the journal lines for the current transaction journal.

Field

Description

Journal

The journal number of the current transaction.

Sequence number

The sequence number of the transaction in the current journal.

End page

The ending page for the current journal.

Debit

The sum of the debits in the current transaction journal.

Credit

The sum of the credits in the current transaction journal.

New sequence number

If selected, the journal was generated with the New sequence number check box selected.

Extended journalizing

If selected, journalizing sorted the information by creation date and creation time. This occurs if the journal was generated with the New sequence number check box selected.
