(ESP) Generate declaration 347 (class form)

Click General ledger > Periodic > Report 347 > Declaration 347. Click Generate.

Use this form to create tax lines for transactions in a fiscal year that you specify in the Fiscal year field.

Task that uses this form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Fiscal year	Enter the fiscal year to generate the Declaration 347 for.
Surname + first name	Enter the surname and name of the company representative for the Declaration 347.
Minimum amount	Enter the minimum amount to report on the declaration.
Minimum amount of payments in cash	Enter the minimum cash payment amount to report on the declaration.
Document number of the declaration	Enter the unique 13-character document identification code of the declaration.
Replacement declaration	Select this check box to indicate that the declaration is generated as a replacement to correct the original declaration.
Previous declaration number	If you selected the Replacement declaration check box, enter the document number of the original declaration.
Group only by tax exempt number	Select this check box to ignore the changes for the tax-exempt number, and to group all customer and vendor transactions by a tax-exempt number in the Declaration 347.
