Click Human resources > Periodic > Skills > Skill mapping. Set options and select criteria for the skill mapping and click OK.
Skill mapping is a search within Microsoft Dynamics AX to find workers, contacts, and applicants who have a specific set of competencies. Use this form to view the results of a skill mapping. To refine or adjust your search, click New search. You also can select a person in the list and then click one of the buttons on the Competencies tab to view the person’s specific competencies.

Courses |
Opens the Courses form, where you can view or modify the list of courses that the selected person has completed. |
Certificates |
Opens the Certificates form, where you can view or modify the list of certificates that the selected person has earned. |
Project experience |
Opens the Project experience form, where you can view or modify the list of projects that the selected person has been involved in. |
Positions of trust |
Opens the Position of trust form, where you can view or modify the positions of trust that the selected person has held or currently holds. |
References |
Opens the Applicant references form, where you can view or modify the references for the selected applicant. |
