Description

Overview

View the collection letters that are not posted. These are sorted first by collection letter code, and then by the date when they were automatically generated.

Note

Each collection letter displays the highest collection letter code that is associated with the transactions that it includes. For example, if a transaction for a customer was included on a previous collection letter, the collection letter code is 2. Another transaction was not included on any other collection letters, and its collection letter code is 1. The collection letter proposal line displays 2, because that is the highest collection letter code for the transactions for the customer.
