Use this form to obtain an overview of the relationship between productions and sub-productions.

If you define production references for job scheduling or operation scheduling, they are based on the main production. Main productions are scheduled forward from the scheduling date and sub-productions are scheduled backward from the scheduling date.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field

Description

Production

The identification of the production order.

Item number

The identification of the item that is produced.

Quantity

The scheduled production quantity.

Start date

The scheduled start date of the production.

End date

The scheduled end date of the production.

Reference level

The reference level that is assigned to the selected production. The reference level indicates the hierarchy of a production and any related sub-productions. Main productions are assigned the level 0 (zero). Referenced sub-productions are assigned increasingly greater levels based on the BOM hierarchy. Reference levels are assigned automatically when a production is estimated.
