Cost accounting accrual transactions (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Cost accounting > Journals > Accruals. Click Create to open the Accrual form, and then click Transactions.

Use this form to view a list of all accrual transactions that have been generated. You can only change the value of the Description field.

Note

All rounding differences are included in the last transaction.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View the list of generated accrual transactions.
General tab	View information for the transaction that is selected on the Overview tab.

Field	Description
Date	The posting date for the transaction.
Description	The transaction text. This text can be modified.
Costs, fixed	The transaction amount for fixed costs in the specified currency.
Amount variable	The transaction amount for variable costs in the specified currency.
