Calculation versions (form)

Click Cost accounting > Setup > Calculation > Calculation versions.
Use this form to create, manage, and view calculation versions. Calculation versions are used to validate and organize distributions and allocations.
Note
To keep the history of your calculation versions, we recommend that you copy the actual version into a new version before you change any calculation rule.

Allocations |
Open the Allocations form to view or enter the different allocations for the dimensions. |
Cost rates |
Open the Cost rates form to view or enter the different rates per service category and value type. |

Version |
Enter or view the version number. |

Enter or view the label description. |
Target |
Select this checkbox to mark this as the default version. Note Only one default version is possible per time period. Additionally, only versions which are marked as default will be calculated during the period calculation Period calculation. |
Effective date |
Enter the date from which this version is valid. |
Expiration date |
Enter the date until which this version is valid. |
Budget model |
View or select the budget model that is calculated. |
Budget costs |
Select to include budget costs in the calculation version. |
Basic plan costs |
Select to include basic plan costs in the calculation version. |
Flexible plan costs |
Select to include flexible plan costs in the calculation version. |
Target costs |
Select to include target costs in the calculation version. |
Actual costs |
Select to include actual costs in the calculation version. |
