Position of trust (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action Pane, click > Competencies tab > Worker competencies group > Positions of trust.

Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applicants. Select an applicant. On the Action Pane, click > Applicant tab > Competencies group > Positions of trust.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Contacts > All contacts. Select a contact person. On the Action Pane, click >Competencies tab > Competencies group > Positions of trust.

Use this form to manage information about any position or role that a person performs outside the responsibilities of their primary position. For example, a position of trust can be membership in a professional association or a seat on a board of directors.

This information is part of the person’s competencies and can be included in a skill mapping search.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

Employer

Type the name of the workplace, association, board, committee, or other organization where the selected position of trust is or was held.

Position

Type the title of the position of trust.

Start date

Enter the first date that the person held the selected position of trust.

End date

Enter the last date that the person held the selected position of trust. Enter this date only if one of the following conditions is true.

  • The person no longer holds the position of trust, or

  • You know the future date for termination of the position of trust.

Note

Enter a detailed description of the position of trust. This can include, for example, background information, areas of responsibility, and job tasks or requirements.
