Position of trust (form)

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action Pane, click > Competencies tab > Worker competencies group > Positions of trust.

Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Applicants. Select an applicant. On the Action Pane, click > Applicant tab > Competencies group > Positions of trust.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Contacts > All contacts. Select a contact person. On the Action Pane, click >Competencies tab > Competencies group > Positions of trust.
Use this form to manage information about any position or role that a person performs outside the responsibilities of their primary position. For example, a position of trust can be membership in a professional association or a seat on a board of directors.
This information is part of the person’s competencies and can be included in a skill mapping search.

Type the name of the workplace, association, board, committee, or other organization where the selected position of trust is or was held. |
Position |
Type the title of the position of trust. |
Start date |
Enter the first date that the person held the selected position of trust. |
End date |
Enter the last date that the person held the selected position of trust. Enter this date only if one of the following conditions is true.

Enter a detailed description of the position of trust. This can include, for example, background information, areas of responsibility, and job tasks or requirements. |
